1-to-1 Diaper Exchange Program Terms & Conditions
1. Applicable Products:
The exchange program applies only to Hoppi Diapers (AirDream or RoyalDream).
2. Usage Limit:
To be eligible, customers must not have used more than 15% of the diapers in the pack.
3. Application Process:
Submitting a request does not guarantee an exchange. Each case will be reviewed based on the product issue and relevant details provided.
4. Review Process:
- a. Hoppi Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. will assess all requests based on reported issues and any supporting documentation.
- b. Exchange approval will depend on the nature of the problem and program criteria.
5. Geographic Coverage:
This program is available only to residents of Malaysia.
6. Issues Covered:
The exchange covers verified leakage, skin rashes, or other product quality concerns.
7. Return Delivery Charges:
Hoppi will cover the delivery cost for approved exchanges.
1. Ensure all required information, including photos of the issue and batch details (MFD/EXP), is provided to facilitate smooth processing.
2. We recommend keeping a record of product issues (e.g., photos, proof of purchase, notes) for easy reference during your application.
The return process must be followed, which may include completing a return form and obtaining return authorization.
Once you submit the form, you will receive an email confirmation. The Hoppi Care Team will reach out within the next 24 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) to guide you through the next steps. Rest assured, we will handle your request as promptly as possible.
Hoppi reserves the right to reject exchange requests if the product does not meet the eligibility criteria or if the information provided is incomplete.
